Hi guys! A little about me, Im a 24 year old, small, Italian-American who has married a Dane. My husbands name is Kristian. We have recently moved to Copenhagen. seeing as I'm so far from my family I have decided to tap into cooking. I have always loved cooking, it all started in the kitchen with my Grandmother. she has since passed, but I often feel her presence, particularly when I'm in the kitchen cooking while listening to the Boswell Sisters. I wont necessarily be cooking only my grandmothers recipes because I will be following a vegetarian/pescatarian cookbook. I will share all my recipes, the goal is to get through the whole cookbook in on year. Stay tuned as I cook my way through Copenhagen :)
